His made this remark a day after some Indian Youth Congress workers set a farm vehicle on fire in Delhi.

Moreover, Narendra Modi alleged that those currently against the new farm regulations in the country reacted in favour of a policy to actualize the Minimum Support Price (MSP) when in power but never did so.

“It has been done by our NDA government as per the MS Swaminathan Commission recommendations,” the Prime Minister stated.

He probed accusations on the opposition without mentioning names, of “misleading the farmers over the MSP issue” and restated that the MSP would remain whiles farmers get their free way to sell farm produce anywhere they wish to.
