Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has lost her life at the age of 87 due to complications of metastatic pancreas cancer, CNN reports.
The Supreme court Justice was appointed in 1993 by President Bill Clinton and in recent years served as the most senior member of the court’s liberal wing.
“She led an amazing life. What else can you say?” President Donald Trump said Friday evening upon hearing about her death. “She was an amazing woman whether you agree or not she was an amazing woman who led an amazing life,” Obama said in a statement.
Her death comes as a big blow and a sad moment for all US citizens. She died on Friday 18th September.
